You are a girl, weak, emotional, sexual. The only way you can be successful is to use your body to gain favors. Your industry knowledge is limited and can never be improved because girls are simply technically challenged. Cry freely when you get hurt or tired because that's how girls are.

You are young and inexperienced. You will always be told and made to feel that you're inferior to those around you who have been in this business while you were still waving pompoms in high school. Someone will always be there to put you down no matter how hard you try to improve yourself.

You come from a third world country where poverty is the norm and education is for the priviledged few. Even if you went to the best school in your country and had a nanny up until high school, you will be seen as a servant who's used to doing hard labour. Therefore you should appreciate the favor of being given a job, any job, with a salary good enough for your low class impoverished lifestyle.

Know your place and dismiss the idea of equality. There is no such thing.
